Phone orders with a two-year service agreement that are placed and activated by 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, December 22nd will be delivered before Christmas!
Please note: Orders that include a 2-year carrier agreement are subject to carrier eligibility check or credit approval, inventory availability and validation of a proper shipping address and other information. Approval can be delayed if there are any issues with the carrier approval and address validation processes. Orders must be delivered to physical address in the continental United States (no PO Box or VI).
Pre-paid phones (phone that don’t require a 2-year carrier agreement), as well as accessory-only orders, unfortunately don’t qualify for this Christmas delivery assurance. For these purchases our standing shipping policy applies, and we suggest you order by December 17 for Christmas delivery.
*For qualifying in-stock orders placed prior to the applicable deadline that are not delivered by Christmas Day 2012 (12/25/12), we will issue you a credit redeemable for up to $50 in phone accessories. (Please note: we will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.)

Shipping Timelines
- Select Standard Shipping for 2-to-3 day delivery
- Next Day and 2nd Business Day delivery are also available
Shipping times are based on order approval. Most phone orders are approved, activated and shipped within hours of being placed; but in some cases, the carrier may delay approval due to circumstances beyond our control. If the carrier requires additional information or a deposit to approve your order, we will contact you immediately via e-mail and/or phone, so when you place your order, be sure to provide an e-mail address that you check regularly.
Real-time Online Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number and a link to available real-time online order tracking. This link will also appear on your order status page.
Weekend and Holiday Deliveries
We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. FedEx Express services do not deliver on weekends.
FedEx does not deliver on certain holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.
Signature Requirement
For your security, FedEx may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are proud to offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at no additional charge.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
In some cases orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes may take longer to be approved. Delivery may occur via a method other than FedEx, i.e. USPS, in some instances.
Order Tracking
We offer real-time online order tracking where you can view the status of your order's activation and shipment, with links to track your package via FedEx.
Multiple Attempts to Deliver Your Package
If FedEx cannot deliver your order after several attempts, your order may be cancelled. However, once your new line of service has been activated, we cannot cancel your carrier's wireless service agreement. You must notify your wireless carrier promptly if you desire to cancel your service.
If You Receive the Wrong Item
If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via our Customer Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact our Customer Service Center and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange and Return policy.
Equipment Only Purchases
If your order contains only “unactivated” equipment (prepaid phone, accessory, unlocked phone, etc) AND you select Standard Shipping, your order will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost. Delivery times are typically between 5 and 7 days.
These terms do not apply to Home Services: DISH Network, Front Point Security.
