When Samsung recently introduced Galaxy Alpha, its newest addition to the Galaxy smartphone line, much excitement brewed especially with regards to the smartphone's stylish new look. Moreover, because the chip is built using 20 nanometer low-power High-K Metal Gate (HKMG), it will prove to be remarkably energy-efficient. As a matter of fact, Samsung is stating that the Exynos 5430 will use 25 percent less power compared to the previous 8-core chips used in older Galaxy versions.
