1. Why Are Your Prices So Low?

2. Can I Keep My Existing Plan Or Employee Discount?

Wirefly sells the exact same plans as you’ll find in the carrier retail stores, so you can keep your existing plan if it is still available to order.

If you’re lucky enough to have an employee discount, you can keep your great deal. Just contact your carrier once your new phone is activated through Wirefly to ensure that the eligible discount is applied.

3. Will I Lose Service If I Upgrade Or Transfer My Number?

No. We schedule the upgrade or service transfer to occur after your phone is scheduled to be delivered. If you are changing carriers, your new carrier will automatically cancel your old service when the transfer to complete. However, it's always a good idea to call your original carrier to ensure your old account is closed.

4. How Long Will It Take To Get My Phone?

You can get your phone as fast as tomorrow depending on when you place your order. We typically get approval from the carrier you selected in less than a minute. Our last FedEx pickup is at 7pm Eastern so the earlier you place your order, the faster you will receive your new phone.

You can sign into the order status page to see your estimated shipping and delivery dates. Once your order has shipped, a link will be available to track your purchase directly with FedEx. In order to protect your shipment, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.

5. Will You Help Me Move My Contacts/Photos To The New Smartphone?

Yes. We know that perhaps the most anxiety-inducing part of the phone buying process is moving all your phone contacts, photos and other files from your old phone to the new one.
