Voice Mail

With Voice Mail, you have a 24-hour answering service for your wireless phone. Callers can leave messages that you can then retrieve using your wireless phone or any touch-tone phone, anytime. The service automatically alerts you when a message has been left on your Voice Mail (while using the Verizon Wireless network).

Mobile Web - Pay Per Use ($1.99/MB)

Mobile Web is included in all Nationwide Calling Plans. Megabyte charges apply to Basic and Select Plans. Unless you subscribe to the 25 MB or 75 MB Data Package feature, or Select or Premium Calling Plans, megabytes sent or received using Mobile Web (including advertising) will be aggregated each month, rounded up to the next megabyte, and billed at $1.99/MB. Application charges apply in addition to charges for data sent/received. Important: On select smartphone devices, if you do not subscribe to a Data Plan or Data Feature, data usage will be billed at 1.5¢ per KB ($15.36 per MB), unless you add a data block or subscribe to a Wireless Email Feature. Other smartphone devices and all BlackBerry® devices require a Data Plan or a Data Feature.

Caller ID

Caller ID lets you know who's calling before you answer your wireless phone, so you can decide whether or not to take the call. Caller ID displays the number of the person calling (for all unblocked numbers). It may also display the name of the person if you've stored it in your phone's memory. Pressing one button can usually return calls. See your phone owner's manual for more information on storing numbers.

Call Waiting

Don't want to miss a single call? This handy feature alerts you of an incoming call when you're already on the phone. After you hear the tone, you can put the first call on hold and answer the second, then alternate between callers. Airtime charges will be incurred for both calls until you end one.

Call Forwarding

When you know you'll be unavailable on your wireless phone, you can have calls automatically forwarded to another phone number, including your home, office or pager. Airtime charges apply for the duration of the forwarded call.

3-Way Calling

With this feature, you can speak with two other people at the same time. So you can create a conference call by adding another party to an existing conversation. As with Call Waiting, you'll be charged airtime for two calls until you end one.

411 Connect

411 Connect^SM offers convenient features to make your life easier. During a single call you may request up to three listings from the menu of services offered under the 411 Connectsm menu. If additional requests are needed, you will need to dial 411 again, and another representative will be able to address your request. Call completion is available for one of the requested numbers during a 411 Connectsm call. You will be charged for the call completion as if you had disconnected from 411 Connectsm and dialed the number directly.

No Answer/Busy Transfer

This is a more specific forwarding option. You can have incoming calls answered by another phone whenever your wireless phone is busy or remains unanswered for three or four rings.
