4G Phones – Compare and Buy at Wirefly.com
4G phones are about to take over the world. It’s been a slow march, but the time is coming near. Since the launch of the HTC EVO, the world’s first 4G phone, only a handful of 4G phones have been released. In the coming months, another dozen will join the ranks of these blazing-fast phones — and no, the iPhone, won’t be one of them.
4G phones are estimated to transfer data four to eight times faster than 3G phones. What exactly does that mean, you ask?
Imagine streaming a full motion picture to your phone without a hiccup. Or downloading a web page in the blink of an eye. Video chatting with picture and sound quality of an HD television. That’s what 4G phones offer.
Here’s a look at the 4G phones available for sale on Wirefly.com. Compare the specs and features you want and then click “Shop Now” — if you’re ready to buy.

Jimmy, Wirefly does not sell any unlocked Android phones, so that rules out getting any unlocked 4G phone from Wirefly. That’s probably not what you wanted to hear, but I hope the info helps in your search. You can often buy unlocked phones from Amazon and Ebay, so they might be your best source.

Is 4GLTE Faster Than 3G or Even Faster Than 4G?

John, 4G LTE is a form of 4G. “LTE” is the network technology that Verizon uses for its 4G network – the letters stand for “long-term evolution.” As you may know, “4G” stands for “4th generation” network, and it is considerably faster than 3G networks. So “4G LTE” isn’t faster than 4g… it *is* 4G.
