We had the opportunity to play with the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G by Samsung here at Wirefly and review this device now powered by Android 2.2. We are sure that Sidekick enthusiasts will find this new addition to the series refreshing. To satisfy your curiosity about the Sidekick 4G features, the video to the right gives a closer look at the phone and what it can do.
One of the greatest differences in the device is that this T-Mobile Sidekick no longer opens in the ‘kickflip’ format; it now opens by sliding up and tilting. We have found the ‘PopTilt’ to be a very smooth and it seems to be a lot stronger than the flimsy swivel that the device was known for. The user interface of the device is a real treat as it blends the way we have become accustom to Sidekick and the user friendly Android. Another big change is the placement of certain keys, such as the menu key moving from the left side of the phone to the top right.
Wirefly’s Bob Kovacks shows off the device and gives you an in-depth look into the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G for T-Mobile.
