Joe, sorry but I’m a little confused. Do you want to know how to do a factory reset of the LG EnV3 VX9200? Or do you want to know how you actually forced a factory reset of your phone? The manual for the phone (which is where you are now) will tell you how a reset is done. But if you did a specific series of keypresses that caused the phone to reset, I have no way to know what that might be. The only reset technique I know about is the one spelled out in the manual.
