Luis, you may have a bad battery or a bad charger. Just to be sure, take your phone to a T-Mobile store and let them take a look at it. If they can swap the charger and/or battery, you could eliminate those two items as the possible cause. If it’s not the battery or charger, then you probably need a new phone.
