Is there any way I can have a manual for my cell sent to me? I ordered my cell via USPS and the box only had the phone and the charger and paperwork in it. I did not receive a manual at all?
Jenn, Wirefly does not have manuals to send. You can download it and print it out, but that’s all that LG offers for this phone. Most phones today do not come with full manuals, only some basic “getting started” information. The full manuals are online.
I have a LG Accolade. When I call someone the banner on their phone says restricted number. How do I change my phone so my name & number are displayed on the persons phone that I am calling or at least my phone number is dsplayed.
Wayne, this is almost certainly a setting inside your phone. With Android phones, you can go into the menu and tell it to block or show your number, but I don’t know if there’s something similar for the LG Accolade. I recommend that you take it to a Verizon store and have someone there look at it and see if the settings can be adjusted to show your number.

1. Plug the phone into a computer. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the photo folder on the phone. (It’s usually called “DCIM” but might be something else.) Note that you need to use Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer.
2. Find the microSD card on your phone. It might be under the back cover or it might be available through a slot on the side of the phone. Pop the microSD card out and load it into your computer. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the to the floder where photos are stored. (It’s usually called “DCIM” but might be something else.) Note that you need to use Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer.
With some older phones, the only way to get a photo off the phone is to e-mail it. This is too complicated to describe here, and it differs from phone to phone.
