Some of our employees have the Cosmos LGVN250 phone and for the last three weeks are getting calls from bill collectors for people that do not work here. How can I block these calls
Hi Susan,
I can not find directions to pass along to you for blocking a number on your phone directly. What I was able to find is that you can log on to your account online and block number right from there. Give that a try and if you are still having problems getting the number blocked than stop in to your local Verizon Wireless store and they should be able to help you get the numbers blocked.

Denise, sorry, I have not seen that before and can’t really say what it means. When it pops up, can you operate your phone normally? Can you scroll through and read the text? I can’t really say more without seeing it.

Have you tried going to the manufacturer’s web site (LG) to see if there is a manual archive? Most manufacturers have such an archive today.
