The Palm Touchstone Charging Kit, Palm’s sleek wireless charging solution for the Pre, is now available from Wirefly. The Touchsone will allow you to charge your Pre by simply setting it on the device. The strong magnetic connection will hold the phone solidly in place in either portrait or landscape mode, and you can continue working with the phone as it charges.
When making or receiving a call while charging, the Pre will automatically switch to speakerphone. If you remove the phone from the charger, the conversation will be routed back to the phone. Charge time when using the Touchstone is about the same as using the wall charger directly.
