i have this phone and it sucks!!! do not get this phone. i have had it for at least a year and for a week i could not see the screen or any thing else. if u are thinking about buying this phone you better look for a nother phone because if u do buy it then your going to be asking for a nother soon after.

I bought my Impression in Aug 2009 and have a lot of problems with the touch screen. My phone was sent in for repair three times within the warranty period for touch screen issues. Every 3-5 months the touch screen had failed and needed replacement. This phone’s touch screen failed a fourth time on me last weekend , now it’s out of warranty and I’m told I’ll have to pay to have it fixed. Before you buy make sure you do a google search for Impression Touch Screen problems. You’ll see this is a major issue with this phone.

I have had my impression for about two weeks now and i LOVE it! i, HOWEVER, am experiencing one problem, i will not be touching the phone and it will randomly start calling people. i dont know how to make it stop bacause once i hit end the phone calls them again!!! WHAT DO I DO?? (keep in min di love this phone lol)

Instead of pressing the lock button, I always open up the phone. It unlocks it and you can just close it again and it will stay unlocked

Had my Impression for 8 months. Just recently started experiencing my screen freezing up. It started out sporadically and as of yesterday I could not send a text, view a text, dial a number, use the internet or do anything that required using the touch screen. I took my phone into an ATT store and they are sending me a refurbished phone. I was told the screen freezing was an issue with these phones. The same thing happened to my daughters phone after about a year. Google “Impression screen problems” and see how many people have this same problem. I love this phone and am hoping my replacement works longer than 8 months! If not, I will have to upgrade to a different phone.

If you look on the side of your phone, above the Volume rocker, theres a little button. If you press the button, & hit “Messaging” it’ll bring you to your messages. (:

I have had my phone for about 4 months now…I love it!!! I have not had any problems with it what so ever… Still learning some of the features of it. I just wish it would of came with a full instruction book… Unlike the backflip phone my daughter got at the same time. She is now on her 4th phone it has just been on problem after another to include it almost catching on fire….but love my Impression!!!
