Tablets have been a mixed bag for most carriers and many consumers. Their size and capabilities are appealing, but the price has just been too high for many people to consider buying a tablet. ZTE and Sprint plan to turn that hesitation upside down with the ZTE Optik for Sprint. The ZTE Optik is both powerful and affordable, with a 7-inch high-resolution display (1280 x 800 pixels), dual-core processor, 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD slot for memory expansion, and it runs the tablet-friendly Android 3.2 operating system. The best news is that the ZTE Optik will be affordable — it simply blasts any tablet with comparable performance right out of the mobility ocean.

In this video, Wirefly’s Bob Kovacs unboxes the standard retail package for the ZTE Optik to show what’s inside the box. Click on the video window to the right to get your introduction to the ZTE Optik for Sprint.

  • That is if you accidentally lose the phone. Or if you don’t have the phone with you. I had a phone with me, and I place it in the most crazy place on earth and I lost the phone as the reulst. Losing your cell phone can be the most terrible thing since your keys. I nearly thought I lost my keys until I found it reasonably by accident, on the floor in my office. I made a duplicate of the keys incase I lose the original keys.
