Katrina, you may want to take your phone to a T-Mobile store and ask your question there. The only thing I can think of is to shut the phone off and re-boot it into the “boot loader” — you can usually get to that by turning the phone on as you press the volume-up button. Once in the boot loader, you can do a factory reset of your phone and you can then get into it. However, that will delete all your apps and contacts, and may also delete music, photos and videos you have on your phone. It’s really the choice of last resort, so I recommend you check with T-Mobile to see if there’s anything else you can do.

I forgot the pattern to unlock my phone (4g my touch slide) is there any way I can unlock my screen w/out it ?
