AT&T unveiled its Windows Phone 7 series lineup at this morning’s Microsoft conference announcing the launch of nine Windows 7 phones set to hit the U.S. market this holiday season.
AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega confirmed what has been reported for weeks now. AT&T Wireless will feature three Windows 7 phones in its lineup beginning November 8. All three phones will be priced at $199.99 with a 2-year contract agreement.
The phones are:
LG Quantum – The Quantum comes with a 1.3 GHz Snapdragon processor, a full QWERTY keyboard and DLNA support.
HTC Surround — The Surround is being billed as the phone for media and game enthusiasts. It comes with a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, a 3.8-inch touchscreen, 2 Dolby surround sound speakers. Full touch-screen with a kickstand.
Samsung Focus – The focus also comes with 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, but sports a 4-inch Super AMOLED display and 8 GB on-board storage. It’s being billed as the thinnest Windows 7 phone in the U.S. market.
