Verizon Wireless Tops J.D. Power Survey

Verizon Wireless recently topped all carriers in a study by the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates marketing information company. The study surveyed more than 27,250 cellular subscribers across the country. Conducted during the second half of 2010, Verizon Wireless had the highest score in 44 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia. Consumers were polled on their experiences with dropped calls, static, failed connections, distortion, echo and other performance problems.
