About AT&T

The original company was founded in 1882, and it was known as the Bell Telephone Company. This company was founded by Alexander Graham Bell. However, it didn't become AT&T until 1983.

The company developed a number of subsidiaries as it evolved. These subsidiaries were referred to as bell companies, and AT&T became the parent company. AT&T and its bell companies dominated the telecommunications industry during most of the 1900s.

The 3G aspect of the network includes UMTS and HSPA, and it is both 850 MHZ and 1900 MHZ. The 4G network is exclusively LTE, and it runs exclusively at 1700 MHZ. The 4G network uses bands 2, 4, 5, and 17.
