Activating A New Sprint Line Of Service
If you ordered a new smartphone, basic phone, tablet, or connected device from Wirefly and are getting a new Sprint phone number, your new phone will automatically begin the activation process when you turn it on for the first time and complete the on-screen prompts if necessary.
If you ordered a new number by mistake and actually wish to transfer an existing number to your new Sprint device, please Login to our Customer Support site to chat live with an agent (or call us at 888-843-2485) and we will gladly help you by processing the transfer for you.
New Customers Transferring (Or Porting) A Number To Sprint
To prevent any interruption in your existing cellular service, your new Sprint phone is shipped to you "unactivated".
The activation process will begin automatically the day after your phone was originally scheduled to be delivered. Inside the package with your new phone is a piece of paper that has that date on it or you can Login to our Customer Support site and see the estimated delivery date or chat live with an agent.
Existing Sprint Customers Upgrading To A New Device or Activating An Exchange
To prevent an interruption in your existing Sprint service, your new smartphone, basic phone, tablet, or connected device was shipped to you "unactivated".
To complete the activation process, simply Login to our Customer Support site and click the "Shipped – Click to Activate" link next to each device you have in your possession that you wish to activate.
