Activating A New T-Mobile Line Of Service
If you ordered a new smartphone, basic phone, tablet, or connected device from Wirefly and are getting a new T-Mobile phone number, your new phone will automatically begin the activation process when you turn it on for the first time and complete the on-screen prompts if necessary.

New Customers Transferring (Or Porting) A Number To T-Mobile
To prevent interruption of your existing cellular service, your new T-Mobile phone is shipped to you "unactivated".
The activation process will begin automatically the day after your phone was originally scheduled to be delivered. Included inside the package with your new phone is a piece of paper that has that date on it or you can Login to our Customer Support site and see the estimated delivery date or chat live with an agent.
Existing T-Mobile Customers Upgrading To A New Device or Activating An Exchange
To prevent an interruption in your existing T-Mobile service, your new smartphone, basic phone, tablet, or connected device was shipped to you "unactivated".
To complete the activation process, ensure both phones are powered off and remove your SIM card from your old T-Mobile phone and insert in in your new phone. Turn on your new phone and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the activation of your new phone.
