Keeping Your Phone Number
If you are switching to AT&T from another carrier, you can elect to keep your existing phone number. To make sure that we process your order as quickly as possible, please make this selection when you are placing your order.
New Account Requirements
Orders for new service are subject to credit approval, which is based solely on AT&T’s credit policies. If AT&T requires a deposit, we will notify you via email and on our Customer Support order status website.
Upgrade Eligibility
