You will receive FREE shipping and handling via FedEx Home Delivery (except Alaska and Hawaii) when you order online. Upgrade or new account orders are subject to the selected carrier's eligibility check or credit approval. Orders approved by the carrier by 3:00pm are shipped the same day.
Keeping Your Phone Number
If you are switching to a new carrier from another carrier, you can elect to keep your existing phone number. To make sure that we process your order as quickly as possible, please make this selection when you are placing your order.
New Account Requirements
Orders for new service are subject to credit approval, which is based solely on your selected carrier’s credit policies. If your selected carrier requires a deposit, we will notify you via email and on our Customer Support order status website.
If you are a current wireless customer, you may be eligible to take advantage of this offer and add 2 years to your contract. To qualify, each line must be upgrade-eligible as determined by your selected carrier.
