T-Mobile has recently launched a new promotional deal for both current and new subscribers, and this one should sound appealing to binge watchers out there. In its new limited time only special offer, the third biggest wireless in the United States is offering Samsung’s Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge, together with a whole year’s subscription to Netflix, absolutely free of charge. This latest promo should do pair nicely with the carrier’s T-Mobile One unlimited data plans, or on its Binge On feature.
In order to become eligible for this deal, customers must either buy their Galaxy S7 handset at full price, or purchase the device by way of T-Mobile’s equipment installment plan, which means that interested parties will have to complete one payment upfront, and they pay off the remaining balance over a period of a couple of years.
After the customer has completed the required initial payments (including paid sales tax), he will need to T-Mobile’s promo web page, and input his device and receipt details. Users are given until February 21st in order to fill in the online form, and after they have entered the details, they will be able to receive an individual Netflix code.
For those who sign up or renew their Netflix subscription before March 31st of this year and enter their Samsung code, they will be able to enjoy a free full year’s subscription to Netflix’s 2 stream plan, which is normally priced at $120. It should be noted though that this promo is only valid for all qualified Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge purchases completed until February 7th, so for those who want to take full advantage of this deal, they better hurry now.
T-Mobile has been aggressive lately in offering video related promos. More than a week ago, some may remember that the major US wireless carrier also launched a new Hulu deal directed towards former customers of AT&T who switched over to T-Mobile. That offer attacked AT&T’s DirecTV Now service, offering a one year subscription to Hulu free of charge to subscribers previously from AT&T. This may not be standard information, but both the DirecTV Now and DirecTV mobile apps actually stream free of charge on T-Mobile. Nearly a couple of months ago, John Legere, the ever effervescent chief executive officer of T-Mobile, had stated that T-Mobile’s streaming is accomplished better via a faster and more advanced network that offers wireless coverage to almost every mobile user across the country.
