User Interface: The DEVOUR has a custom user interface built on top of Android that may appeal to those heavily involved in social networking. The interface, called MOTOBLUR, provides close integration with social networks including Facebook and Twitter. The DROID Incredible by HTC also has a custom user interface called Sense built on top of the latest version of Android. HTC’s Sense interface offers a number of advanced customization options for the Incredible, including custom widgets and the ability to change the layout and icons on the home screens depending on what the user is doing. Of course, it’s a personal preference, and many users prefer one interface over the other. While the DEVOUR will likely be upgradeable to Android 2.1 or beyond in the future, the DROID Incredible has a number of advanced features that the DEVOUR doesn't thanks to the latest version of Android.
Keyboard: The Motorola DEVOUR has a physical QWERTY keyboard that slides from the side of the device in addition to the standard Android virtual on-screen QWERTY keyboard. The Incredible lacks a physical QWERTY keyboard, but of course also has a responsive and effective virtual QWERTY keyboard. If you are simply not a big fan of on-screen keyboards, the DEVOUR may be a better option.
Camera: At 3-megapixels, the DEVOURS’s camera is entry-level. The DROID Incredible by HTC, however, is equipped with a powerful 8-megapixel camera with auto-focus and a bright dual LED flash. The DEVOUR's camera is not equipped with auto-focus or a flash.
Power: While the DROID Incredible is a high-end smartphone with a 1GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM, the DEVOUR is a decidedly mid-range device a 600 MHz processor and 256 MB of RAM. In day-to-day tasks such as checking email or sending text messages, the differences in performance between the two devices won't be hugely noticeable, but power users seeking fast web browsing and the ability to launch multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining speed and performance may opt for the DROID INCREDIBLE.
Display: At 3.1-inches and 320 x 480 pixels, the Motorola DEVOUR's touchscreen is a more of an entry-level display than the DROID INCREDIBLE's larger, higher resolution 3.7-inch 480 x 800 pixel touch sensitive display.
Design: Both devices have a unique design in their own right. The DEVOUR feels well-built and has a metallic shell similar to that found on newer MacBooks. The DROID Incredible has a "race car-inspired" design, and its back adopts the shape of the phone's internal components. Largely because of its physical keyboard, the DEVOUR is a somewhat more sizable device -- both thicker and heavier.
Battery Life: In the realm of battery life, the DEVOUR outshines the DROID Incredible. The DEVOUR offers an estimated 389 minutes of usage time and 443 hours of standby time. The Incredible, however, offers only 312 minutes of standby time and 146 hours of standby time.
