The HTC EVO 3D has captured a lot of attention recently for its combination of power, speed and features. With a speedy dual-core processor, lots of RAM, a big high-resolution display, 4G network connection and 3D photo/video capability, the EVO 3D has been the talk of Sprint. Yet there are other phones out there, and some of them share at least some of the EVO 3D's features. One that seems to have slipped under the radar is the Motorola DROID X2 from Verizon Wireless. Although the DROID X2 does not have a 3D camera or 4G connectivity, it does have a dual-core processor and a sharp 540 x 960-pixel display.
In the video to the right, Wirefly's Bob Kovacs runs standard benchmark tests on both the EVO 3D and the DROID X2 and reports the results without a lot of analysis. Both these are fine phones, so it's good to know you can get plenty of power when you need it. Click on the window to view the video.
