Five years ago, who knew that Apple Computer would be the company with the most iconic smartphone in the industry? Sleek, stylish and desirable, the Apple iPhone 4 has legions of fans and remains the phone to beat for any other contender in the market - especially now that there's a Verizon iPhone. One of the latest to attempt to steal sales from the iPhone 4 is the HTC ThunderBolt, which has its own charms and in many ways tops the Verizon iPhone 4 in performance and specifications. For example, the HTC ThunderBolt is capable of 4G data speeds, while the Verizon iPhone 4 is stuck at 3G speeds. And the ThunderBolt has a spacious 4.3-inch display, compared to the iPhone's 3.5-inch screen. Applications for the Android-based Thunderbolt generally cost less than apps for the iPhone 4, and the iPhone is incapable of displaying Adobe Flash content, while the ThunderBolt shows Flash without a hitch. These are both powerful and capable phones, so, how do they stack up against each other?
