Sprint has announced that it will give subscribers of its 40 gigabyte shared data plan a whole year’s subscription to Amazon Prime absolutely free of charge (a 12 month subscription is normally priced at $99). Some may remember that back in March early this year, the fourth biggest wireless carrier in America had offered its customers access to Amazon Prime for just $10.99. Now, it is handing it for free, provided that users sign up for 40 gigabytes of shared data.
About a week ago, Sprintannounced that it was lowering the pricing of its unlimited high speed data deal for families, plus offering its subscribers four lines of service for only $150 a month, practically offering four lines for the price of three. Many considered that move as an attack on T-Mobile’s unlimited family plans.
