According to Dongjin Koh, the President of Samsung Mobile, all future mobile devices under the Galaxy S line of smartphones may feature curved edge display screens, as reported by the Korea Herald over the weekend. Currently, the latest Galaxy S flagship devices from the South Korean phone maker offer both a flat screen variant (the Galaxy S7) and a curved edge option (the Galaxy S7 Edge), but newer Galaxy S releases may do away with flat screen editions altogether.
As previously promised, the 2016 Olympics edition of one of Samsung’s flagship devices, the Galaxy S7 Edge, is now out in the market for a price of $850. Interested parties can now go ahead and purchase the device from Best Buy.
