PlatinumTel is one of many mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) that lease mobile phone and data service from T-Mobile, currently the third biggest wireless carrier in the United States. But it appears that by the end of this month, this particular mobile service provider may no longer continue its operations.
Charity-donating mobile virtual network operator GIV Mobile has announced that it is updating its zero contract prepaid plans by boosting the data offered and by slashing some of the prices. The carrier currently offers unlimited service using T-Mobile's 3G and 4G LTE networks.
Specifically, the prepaid wireless service provider is updating four of its five mobile plans. The plan changes are summarized below:
