This should be good news to fans of America’s favorite sports -- this coming April 4th, Tuesday, T-Mobile is promising to give a free year’s subscription of MLB.TV baseball streaming to all its subscribers, including current or new customers on both prepaid and postpaid plans. This is part of the major US wireless carrier’s T-Mobile Tuesdays program, which aims to launch promos and special giveaways for its customers.
Those subscribers of T-Mobile who can’t get enough of the Olympics experience may want to check out the major US wireless carrier’s latest announcement. T-Mobile has decided to extend its Brazil Unleashed deal in Rio to include the 2016 Paralympic Games, which happens in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from September 7th until September 18th of this year. In other words, subscribers of any one of T-Mobile’s Simple Choice postpaid plans can get to enjoy unlimited high speed data, absolutely free of charge, in Brazil throughout the Rio Paralympics.
According to a report published by TMoNews, T-Mobile is planning to introduce a new $20 Assisted Service fee that will be applied to a select group of subscribers beginning on July 31st of this year. The Assisted Service fee is essentially applied to subscribers who are choosing to upgrade their mobile devices, but are not signed up under the wireless carrier’s Jump!, Jump!
The second quarter of this year has seen two of the biggest major wireless carriers in the United States battle it out with their respective rewards programs. AT&T was the first to open fire, introducing its AT&T Thanks rewards program in the early part of June. AT&T Thanks offered benefits such as a buy one, get one deal that promises free movie tickets on Tuesdays, plus some other freebies.
Now in its third week, T-Mobile Tuesdays is a new mobile app from T-Mobile that aims to grant lots of giveaways every Tuesday to the wireless carrier’s subscribers for their loyalty. But it appears that this latest program from T-Mobile continues to experience some issues. Just quite recently, there are reports that customers are complaining that the app is not launching at all, while other users are saying that many of the freebies promised by the mobile service provider did not show up on the app.
As part of its Uncarrier 11 campaign, T-Mobile debuted a mobile app called T-Mobile Tuesdays about a couple of weeks ago. One of the free giveaways promised to users of the app was free pizza, but it appears that the third biggest wireless carrier in the United States has been compelled to discontinue its free pizza deal, but only temporarily (we hope).
This week marks the start of T-Mobile’s latest Uncarrier program, which includes free stock in the company, and lots of freebies, courtesy of the major US wireless carrier’s T-Mobile Tuesdays mobile app. To redeem the free stuff, T-Mobile subscribers need only launch the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, but unfortunately, the app appears to have encountered some problems in its debut.
