Motorola Admiral Unboxing and Review

If you like the BlackBerry form-factor that places a QWERTY keyboard on a phone with a display above it, the new Motorola Admiral smartphone for Sprint provides Android power in this familiar layout. Not only does the Admiral step up the power with a 1.2GHz processor, it has a sharp 3.1-inch LCD display with 640×480-pixel resolution, a 5-megapixel camera and 720p HD video capability. This all comes in a ruggedized phone that is the first to use Sprint’s new “Direct Connect” function that lets you use the phone as a walkie-talkie.

In this video, Wirefly’s Bob Kovacs unboxes the Motorola Admiral and its accessories, showing what’s in the package. He also fires up the phone and comments on some of the Admiral’s features. Click on the video window to the right to get all the details.
