The Motorola DROID Bionic got a lot of attention when it was announced in January 2011. Now that it is here, everyone wants to know if it lives up to all the press, as well as how it compares to other high-performance phones. Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy S II phones generated massive interested since it was launched internationally a couple months ago. The Galaxy S II finally made it to the US in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch for the Sprint network.

Now the question is: How do these two top phones perform when placed in a head-to-head competition? Both have plenty of high-end features and sizzling 4G network speeds, but how do they compare when used for the sorts of things that real customers do with their cell phones? In this video, Wirefly’s Bob Kovacs pits the Motorola DROID Bionic against the Samsung Epic 4G Touch – click on the video window to the right to see which comes out on top.
