Because we lack the zen-like patience needed to wait for the FedEx delivery guy to make his rounds Monday morning, we opted to take a little road trip this afternoon down the road to Sprint’s Reston, VA headquarters to get our hands on America’s first 4G-capable phone. We know you too likely lack the ability to wait until June 4th without something to tide you over. In that spirit, and careful not to mistake the EVO 4G’s box for a package of ramen noodles, we bring you the first of what will be many Wirefly HTC EVO 4G-loving videos — the unboxing.

I have had the EVO for a couple of months. It is awesome. At first I was a little intimidated with it having so many features and apps. But in a very short time I have mastered the everyday function of the phone thru the many apps that come with the phone. The wide screen not only allows me to open email but the touch screen allows me to adjust to my vision, even attachments to the email open within the viewing screen. The GPS, Calendar, messaging board is great. Love the camera and the video quality. I have used the hot spot to get others on line, once I was at a conference and got 5 other people on.Can’t say enough

  • i ordered mine , cant wait to get it, i always wanted the nexus one but couldnt afford unlocked phone price and didnt want to go with tmobile on contract cause their coverage is spotty in my area, so im with sprint, tired of at an charging for data now too, there,s no unlimited data with them now for new customers, the evo is like nexus one,s big brother , looking forward to it , dont care if the battery is not tooo good , there,s ways around that

  • No headset or holster included???
