As the Android operating system increases its dominance in the mobile industry, Android phones are turning up in a variety of shapes, sizes and form-factors. One of the latest in Motorola’s popular Droid family is the Droid Pro, which has a built-in QWERTY keyboard below a vertically oriented screen.
Targeted at business users, the Motorola Droid Pro on the Verizon Wireless network packs considerable power and versatility. In addition to running Android 2.2 and a speedy 1 GHz processor, the Droid Pro is an international device that can work domestically on Verizon’s CDMA network and switch to GSM operation outside the U.S.
