A ton of hot new phones are launching in anticipation of this holiday season. So much so, it’s hard for even us to keep up with the volume.

We thought we’d provide our readers with occasional updates of some of the lesser-hyped, but still interesting, phone launches each week. Enjoy!

Here a quick look at this week’s new releases:

Motorola Flipside for AT&T – Slide-out QWERTY keyboard, back track pad, MOTOBLUR, Android 2.1, 3.0MP camera/ camcorder. This will be pretty great for us, looks like it’s going to be free. Great phone for heavy texters but with touch screen, MOTOBLUR, and Android.

Samsung Solstice II for AT&T – Very similar to the Solstice. Entry-level full touch screen with customizable home screens and menus. Mobile email, mms, sms, AT&T Social Net, Mobile Web, AT&T Radio, AT&T Music, download apps from AppCenter, widgets from Samsung Widget Gallery

Samsung Evergreen for AT&T – AT&T’s first eco-friendly device, made out of 70% recyclable materials. Proceeds from recycled phones will go to Cell Phones for Soldiers. Full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 12 key dial-pad on front of device, mobile email, sms, mms, IM, Mobile Share, 2.0MP camera/ camcorder, AT&T Social Net, web browsing with att.net.

AT&T F160 – Slim, candy bar design. AT&T Navigator, sms, mms, Mobile Email, IM, 3.0MP camera/camcorder, AT&T Mobile Share, AT&T Music, AT&T Radio, Video Share.

LG Optimus S (Gray) – An affordably-priced Android phone, 2.2, full touch screen, 3.2MP camera/ camcorder, hotspot capable, can tether up to 5 devices.

Red BlackBerry Torch & White BlackBerry Torch for AT&T – These are the same phone as the current Torch, just with new vibrant colors.

Motorola Bravo for AT&T – A pretty speedy device with a 3.7” full touch screen, Android 2.1, MOTOBLUR, multi touch gestures including pinch and zoom, Full HTML browser with Flash Lite, “always-on social networking”, DLNA-enabled (stream, store, and share media with multiple devices at home using WiFi, IM, sms, mms, Push corporate email, push gmail, yahoo, POP3/IMAP, 3.0MP Camera/camcorder.
