Dish Network held an analyst day in Las Vegas today where they revealed their plans to launch a new postpaid brand. Called Boost Infinite, the company intends to release disruptive pricing to its customers.
Stephen Stokols, Dish EVP of Retail Wireless, shared that he does not want to “slam unlimited plans” and even acknowledges that “Unlimited is here to stay.” Instead, he believes in offering disruptive pricing that will “create a unique, differentiated product experience.”
As of this writing, Boost Infinite does not yet have pricing information. But they promise to offer a difference in tiers. Stokols shares: “Imagine if you could leverage decentralized financing” so you could get the latest flagship devices. Another line that Stokols shared was “Imagine if there was a wireless carrier that actually paid you back.”
There is still much we don’t know about Boost Infinite. For now, that’s all that Stokols shared to the public.
