Have you ever had one of those instances where you need urgent help for your phone but you don’t know whom to approach? And even worse-- when it happens in the middle of the night and while you’re in the middle of something.
Thankfully, Google has just made it easier for you to get the help you need for your Android device. All of this is done through social media.
Google has revealed that their official Twitter account can now provide quick assistance to everyone with a problem with their Android device. If you encounter a problem and you need quick support, you simply need to tweet it with the hashtag #AndroidHelp.
As of this writing, the Twitter account has not yet offered any answers to the questions. And there has not been an announcement on when users can expect an answer. Ever since the account and hashtag went live, most of the questions have been related to when Android 10 will be released on certain models. This, unfortunately, is out of Google’s hands.
Hopefully, this effort of theirs won’t go to waste and that they legitimately offer help to those who need it.
