The Galaxy S25 features a compact 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 3120 x 1440 and a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. The camera setup includes a triple-lens system: a 50MP wide lens, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. For selfies, it features a 12MP front camera. The device is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery, supporting 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Compact and lightweight, the Galaxy S25 measures 150.9 x 71.3 x 7.6 mm and weighs just 168 grams.
The Galaxy S25+ offers a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, maintaining the same resolution and refresh rate as the standard model. Powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12GB of RAM, it comes with 256GB or 512GB storage options. Its triple-lens rear camera mirrors that of the Galaxy S25, with 50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto lenses, alongside a 12MP front camera. The battery capacity is boosted to 4,900mAh, with faster 45W wired charging. Slightly larger and heavier than the standard model, the S25+ measures 160.9 x 75.9 x 7.6 mm and weighs 196 grams.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra represents the pinnacle of the series, boasting a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Corning Gorilla Armor 2 for enhanced durability. It shares the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12GB RAM with its counterparts but expands storage options to include up to 1TB. The Ultra model stands out with its advanced quad-camera setup: a 200MP wide lens, a 50MP ultrawide lens, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a 10MP periscope telephoto lens. Its 12MP front camera ensures high-quality selfies. The 5,000mAh battery supports 45W wired and 25W wireless charging. With its larger size and additional features, the S25 Ultra measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 218 grams.
All three models are 5G-enabled, IP68-rated for water and dust resistance, and run on Android 15 with Samsung’s One UI 7.
