Months after getting released, T-Mobile has quietly announced the recall of its Revvl 7 Pro smartphone from stores and retail partners. The Un-carrier recently sent out a memo to its partners to return the remaining models before August 14, 2024.
The Mobile Report was able to gain access to an internal memo, which surprised most people. Unfortunately, the Un-carrier did not divulge the reason behind the recall, except that it was being done to “maintain our high-quality standards.”
In the memo, T-Mobile also wrote that the returned devices should be noted as “customer unhappy” in their system. While this isn’t really what happened, it’s possible that it’s the closest option that explains the return.
The wireless carrier also promised that they are “working to make Revvl 7 Pro inventory available soon to allow sales to resume quickly” after they recover the unsold units.
Hopefully, T-Mobile releases an official statement to appease the customers who already purchased this device.
