Motorola is getting ready to bring some tournament excitement to your pocket. The company has just teased new FIFA-themed versions of two of its upcoming phones, and they're looking pretty sharp with some premium design touches that set them apart from the regular versions.
The sneak peek at these special editions comes from a well-known tech leaker who shared images on social media showing what Motorola's designers have in mind. According to Android Authority, these FIFA variants are coming for the Edge 70 Fusion and the Razr Fold, the company's latest attempts to shake up the smartphone market with fresh designs and partnerships.
Here's what makes these versions special: instead of the pastel colors that come on the standard models, these FIFA editions swap those lighter tones for a textured back panel that feels more premium and looks more sophisticated. Both phones still keep their square camera setups with three lenses, but the Edge 70 Fusion gets an extra touch of class with a gold ring around its camera. Right below the FIFA badge on the back (also in gold) sits the text "Official Smartphone Partner," making it crystal clear that this isn't just any regular phone.
The actual hardware underneath stays the same as the regular versions. You still get the buttons on the side, the camera hole at the top of the screen, and all the tech that makes these phones work. The Razr Fold, for instance, still has that impressive 8.1-inch screen that folds open, which is one of its biggest selling points compared to the Fusion model.
Motorola hasn't officially announced these FIFA phones yet, so we don't know the price or exactly when you can buy them. However, the timing is interesting.
