The promotion requires customers to bring a compatible device that works on Verizon's network. Devices must be unlocked, and Total Wireless provides a compatibility checker on their website to verify if phones qualify for the service.
The Total Base 5G Unlimited plan includes unlimited 5G data with no monthly data caps, 5 GB of mobile hotspot data, and international calling to 85+ countries and texting to 200+ countries. The plan also covers roaming in Canada and Mexico, with a 10 GB international roaming allotment for occasional use.
Total Wireless includes a five-year price guarantee as a standard benefit for new customers. This means the $20 monthly rate cannot increase during the 60-month period, excluding one-time charges, transactional fees, and equipment costs.
Eligibility is limited to new customers activating service on a bring-your-own-device basis. The offer covers a single line only. After five consecutive years of uninterrupted service, the offer becomes subject to cancellation at Total Wireless' discretion.
Customers can activate the plan online or through Total Wireless retail locations. The offer requires a compatible, unlocked device and SIM card.
