Samsung’s newest entry-level device has just landed in the US and it’s coming to AT&T.
Earlier today, AT&T started selling the Samsung Galaxy A12 at a price of $180. Even though the device has been announced for some time now, this is the first time that it is available in the US.
The Galaxy A12 comes with a 6.5-inch LCD screen. It is powered by a 2.35GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of onboard storage, and up to 1024GB memory expansion.
As of this writing, the camera specs are unclear since AT&T’s website lists its main camera as either 48 or 16-megapixel. But the international model comes with a 48-megapixel main camera. Aside from the main camera, the device has a 5-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and two 2-megapixel macro and depth sensors. In front, there is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
Other features include a massive 5,000mAh battery with fast charging, a headset jack, NFC, and a fingerprint scanner. It runs on Android 10 OS out of the box.
