Samsung resumes One UI 3.1 update for Galaxy S20 FE users

Last week, it was reported that Samsung has paused rolling out the One UI 3.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Many believed that the update was pulled due to a technical issue. But as it turns out, there weren’t any technical issues involved in the rollout. 

Right now, Samsung has resumed the rollout for the One UI 3.1 for the Galaxy S20 FE. The firmware number remains the same, which means that there were no technical issues. 

Samsung did not give a reason why they decided to pause the rollout last week and what made them decide to continue the rollout now. But whatever reason it was, it seems to have vanished since Samsung resumed the rollout in just a few days. 

What this means is that you can already expect the One UI 3.1 update to arrive on your device anytime soon. This is particularly true if you have the Galaxy S20 FE 5G model. If you have the 4G LTE variant, the update is not yet available for your phone so you will have to wait a while longer.
