T-Mobile is coming out with a new 5G smartphone plan called Magenta MAX. The Un-Carrier has also upgraded its core Magenta plans and has unveiled a new carrier switch program for those who wish to join T-Mobile’s network.
Starting Wednesday, February 24th, customers can get their hands on the new smartphone plan that comes with no throttling. It offers unlimited calls, texts, and Premium data (4G and 5G) at $57 per line per month for three lines with autopay.
Other features you can enjoy include the following:
Unlimited 4K UHD video streaming
Netflix on Us for single line plans
Mobile high-speed hotspot data at 40GB
Unlimited talk, text, and data in Mexico and Canada with up to 5GB of high-speed data
T-Mobile Tuesdays free thank you gifts and discounts
Unlimited Gogo in-flight texting and Wi-Fi all flight long
Free texting and data in 210 countries and destinations
Free Scam Shield Premium protection, including free Scam Block and Caller ID
Although the plan won’t be arriving for another couple of days, T-Mobile already has a limited time offer on the plan. Instead of paying $57 per line per month for three lines with autopay, you can sign up for the plan with a discount of $10 per line. This means that you can get the plan at only $47 per line per month for three lines with autopay. This is a time limited offer but there is no mention of an end date.
Another announcement made by T-Mobile is that they have upgraded its core Magenta plans. These plans now include double Premium data (from 50GB to 100GB) and increased high-speed smartphone mobile hotspot data (from 3GB to 5GB).
Finally, the Un-Carrier unveiled its newest program called Zero Cost to Switch, which lets customers from AT&T and Verizon switch to T-Mobile, keep their phones and phone numbers, and not have to pay for disconnection fees. T-Mobile will be taking care of these fees up to $650 per line and will be waiving device switching costs.
