HTC and T-Mobile continue to push the cellular envelope with the announcement of the HTC Amaze 4G. Packed ith power and advanced features, the Amaze has a 1.5GHz dual-core processor combined with 1GB of RAM to speed the phone’s internal operations. As far as external speed, the Amaze connects to T-Mobile’s HSPA+ network at data rates up to 42 Mbps — the fastest T-Mobile phone to date. In addition to speed, the HTC Amaze includes great features such as WiFi calling, an advanced camera with one-button camcorder/snapshot capability and a sharp 540×960-pixel 4.3-inch LCD display.

In this video, Wirefly’s Bob Kovacs unboxes the HTC Amaze and its accessories, showing what’s in the box. He also loads a T-Mobile SIM and boots up the Amaze, ending up with a quick demo of the phone’s HTC Sense 3.0 user interface. Click on the video window to the right to get all the details.
