LG Revolution Review

Wirefly Learn » Android Phones

May 25th, 2011

The LG Revolution is not the first phone to operate on Verizon Wireless’ speedy 4G LTE network, so what’s so revolutionary about the Revolution? For a start, it may be the fastest single-core processor phone out there, at least according to Wirefly’s testing. Another advantage held by the LG Revolution is its compatibility with Netflix – if you are a Netflix subscriber, you can watch streaming movies right on the Revolution.

In this review, Wirefly’s Bob Kovacs takes a thorough look at the LG Revolution, testing the phone’s speed and operation. With a 4.3-inch LCD display, 5-megapixel still-image camera, 720p HD video capability and front-facing camera, the LG Revolution has all the toys to make it one of the most popular of Verizon’s 4G phones. Bob also demonstrates the still image and video recording quality from the LG Revolution. Click on the window to the right to see the entire video review.

I am happy to see that LG has finally begun to release their higher end Android phone. The LG Revolution is a great choice in phone, especially because it has 4G and a frontal camera. Combined with my employee Sling receiver from DISH Network, the LG Revolution will be the ultimate mobile device. With the Sling receiver, I can stream live and recorded TV to my android phone everywhere I have 3G coverage or WiFi.
