Available from the Google App Store and Apple App Store, the My Sprint Rewards app takes only a few minutes to install and set-up. Simply download and install the app, before putting in your Sprint number so that you can receive a verification code by text. Enter the four digit code, and you're ready to fill in your name, email and ZIP code. After that, it's off to browsing some of the best discounts around.
Now that that's all said and done, many people might be wondering how to search for discounts in the app. There are three main, easy-to-use ways to browse through Sprint's extensive collection of deals. First, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to browse specific brands or items. Secondly, you can look through different categories by clicking 'View More' to see the available categories.
At the bottom of the homepage, customers can search by Brand, Most Popular, Newest Offers or Cashback. Finding Exclusive Offers is just as easy; on the homepage click on the Sprint Rewards section to look through Sprint's large collection of deals and discounts.
While all of those benefits may be great, they're not very useful if customers are having problems with the app. That's where Sprint's dedicated Customer Support team comes in, and they're ready and able to address any problems or concerns that My Sprint Rewards users might be having. With that in mind, the 'My Saved Offers' feature lets app users save their offers and come back to them when they're in a position to make a purchase. All that the app users have to do is click the Pin icon to save an offer. Later on, they can view their Saved Offers through the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines). It's one thing to be able to look up deals, but it's worthless if none of them are close. That's where the handy 'Offers Close To Me' section comes into play.
Just click on the map and either enter your ZIP code or city/state and all of the offers within a certain range will come up.But what about the Cash Back Rewards and their eligible purchases? Items that are eligible for cash back will be indicated so and can range from 3%-20% of the purchase or may be a fixed rate. However, this excludes taxes and shipping. Once a customer has gone through the necessary steps, the cashback will build up in their account.
This can be redeemed once it's above $10.00. It should be noted, however, that it may take up to 45 days for a merchant to notify Sprint of your purchase. The cash back amount won't be visible in your account until this process has been completed. You can check your cash back balance quite easily: click on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) and navigate to the balance section.
Changing a customers name or email address is just as straight-forward; using the same menu, select 'My Profile' and then 'Edit' and you'll be able to change some features with your account. As for My Sprint Rewards' privacy policy and terms & conditions. Customers can look through them here before deciding whether or not they want to use the app. Users can also log onto the app, click on the hamburger menu and then select 'My Profile' and either 'Privacy Policy' or 'Terms & Conditions.'
