HTC is set to release its Zoe app to other Android smartphones this week. Zoe is a video remixing app that debuted on the HTC One M8 earlier in March of this year. But in a few days, this app will be made available to other Android devices, especially those that run on Android 4.4, the most recent version of the operating system.
The Zoe app was first developed in HTC's own Creative Labs, whose track record includes designing apps for HTC's high-end devices. Released during the first quarter of the year, the app has been available through Google Play but could only be used on handsets made by HTC. Soon, however, other non-HTC Android users will be able to enjoy this unique remixing app.
The key to Zoe's appeal is the fact that it allows users to remix videos and images and then share them via social media.
