After installation is complete, you can launch the app and then either do the shrinking per individual photo, or just opt to select all photos and compress them all at once. You then confirm the compression and PhotoShrinker will automatically save the compressed images in your Camera Roll.
However, it should be noted that after the compression, the original photos will be deleted. So if you need to print high-quality copies of some photos, make sure you don't compress them. One suggestion is to uncheck these photos after selecting all items in your image library.
Also, on iOS, deleted originals are transferred to the Recently Deleted album. These are automatically erased by your device after 30 days. However, on Android, the originals are instantly deleted when you compress them using PhotoShrinker. So make sure you know which originals to keep before you use the app.
The PhotoShrinker app comes in two versions. The first version is free but limits users to 500 photos at a time and comes with banner ads. The second version is the paid version, which removes the limitations as well as the ads.
