This should be good news to fans of America’s favorite sports -- this coming April 4th, Tuesday, T-Mobile is promising to give a free year’s subscription of MLB.TV baseball streaming to all its subscribers, including current or new customers on both prepaid and postpaid plans. This is part of the major US wireless carrier’s T-Mobile Tuesdays program, which aims to launch promos and special giveaways for its customers.
T-Mobile has apparently decided to increase the monthly data cap on its unlimited plan by a couple of extra gigabytes. Thus, the 28 gigabyte data allotment each month has now been bumped to 30 gigabytes. According to TmoNews, the wireless carrier made the change in the data cap quietly just this week.
When Apple gave a preview of the latest iOS 10 update at WWDC, it highlighted the new features that they were adding onto iOS 10. Particularly, they were working on improving the lock screen to make it more functional for use on widgets and notifications.
Baseball fans will be pleased with the newly updated MLB at Bat app. The iOS app has recently been updated to promote accessing the app from a locked screen. This is greatly in thanks to iOS 10's new Advanced Notifications alert technology that gives users access to live content and media attachments by allowing 3D Touch on Notifications.
