Shortly after rolling out iOS 16, users complained of several bugs that affected their devices. And thankfully, Apple has addressed these bugs today by rolling out the latest update, iOS 16.0.2. Through this update, the commonly reported issues can be fixed.
One of the things that the update will take care of is the reported bug that causes the camera on the iPhone 14 and 14 Pro to vibrate when using certain apps. The update also fixes the copy-paste issue that users complained about, as well as other bugs including the following:

Camera may vibrate and cause blurry photos when shooting with some third-party apps on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max
Display may appear completely black during device setup
Copy and paste between apps may cause a permission prompt to appear more than expected
VoiceOver may be unavailable after rebooting
Addresses an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone X, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 displays after being serviced
